Custom orders typically require 4–5 weeks for production before shipping.

Orders containing both custom and ready-to-ship items will be shipped together once your custom nails are completed.

If you'd like your ready-to-ship items sooner, please email support@chicnails.online before or shortly after placing your order. Separate shipping can be arranged upon request; additional shipping charges will apply.
