Refunds
Refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items reported within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us at chicnailsonline@gmail.com with photos of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
👉 For hygiene reasons, opened or used press-on nails cannot be exchanged.
