How long does shipping take?
CHICNAILS ships from Australia within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time:

How long do custom orders take?
All custom press-on nails are handmade to order and typically require 4–5 weeks for production before shipping.
If your order includes both custom and ready-to-ship items, all items will be shipped together once the custom items are completed.
To receive ready-to-ship items earlier, please email support@chicnails.online before or shortly after placing your order. Separate shipping can be arranged, but additional shipping charges will apply.
Express or separate shipping does not shorten the production time for custom orders.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We only accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are not accepted unless the items are damaged or incorrect.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping is covered by the customer.
