Custom Orders & Processing Time

Please note: All custom press-on nails are handmade to order and typically require 4–5 weeks for production before shipping.

If your order includes both custom and ready-to-ship items, they will be shipped together once your custom nails are completed.

If you would like to receive your ready-to-ship items sooner, please contact us at support@chicnails.online before or shortly after placing your order. We are happy to arrange separate shipping upon request; however, additional shipping charges will apply.
